Quality Assurance inspections on the Courthouse facility major mechanical systems and equipment for this 9-story, 486,00 square foot building with ground basement and sub-basement levels. Inspections included monitoring building maintenance contractor and conducting scheduled recurring inspection procedures, in-progress inspection procedures, additional inspection procedures, after-hour inspection procedures, close-out inspections and monitoring fire alarm systems testing procedures.
